Cliff Young is a nationally-known Denver restaurateur. He has owned and operated many fine-dining restaurants in his career including the five-star, nationally acclaimed “Cliff Young’s.” He is the president of Cliff Young’s Burgundy and Cellars USA, as well as the international consulting firm, Cliff Young's Restaurant Consultants. Known for his community endeavors, he has served as trustee of the Colorado Ballet and C.A.R.E. International. His restaurants have been featured in The New York Times, Bon Appetit, Food & Wine, Wine Spectator, Travel + Leisure, Travel Holiday, Restaurants and Institutions, Food Arts, The Denver Post and Rocky Mountain News. His restaurants are winners of the DiRoNa Award, Holiday Award, Ivy Award Nomination, and both the Mobil and Triple AAA Hospitality Guides.
